- Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join a growing Behavioral Health team
- Competitive base salary range of $325,000–$330,000 annually, with incentive potential
- Outpatient, community-based practice with meaningful patient continuity
- 1:5 inpatient call schedule on weeknights and weekends to support inpatient consults and coverage
- Join a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, therapists, psychologists, and licensed social workers
- Opportunity for Medical Directorship for interested candidates
- Fully integrated system using Epic EMR to enhance care coordination between clinics and hospitals
- Teaching opportunities available through the local ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency program
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness due to not-for-profit employment status
