Located in Fergus Falls, MN; 60m from Fargo, ND; 200m from Minneapolis

Permanent Position
Seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a growing team of psychiatric providers at our multi-specialty group practice in Fergus Falls, MN.
Inform patients and their families about available mental health treatments, both within the organization and through local community support services.
Deliver effective outpatient psychiatric care to the adult patient population, ages 18+.
Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and oversee the prescription and management of medications for mental health disorders.
Serve as an inpatient psychiatric consultant as requested during business hours.
No after hours or weekend on-call required.
Full-time position in Fergus Falls, MN during clinic hours, Monday Friday with options to incorporate virtual visits into schedule and for a condensed work week.

6 weeks paid time off
Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with the opportunity for additional compensation based on production hours worked
Generous sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and paid professional dues

Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements)
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required
Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
