• Referral Source: Employed & Affiliated Primary Care Physicians

• Hospital: Only full-service hospital in Ashtabula County

• EMR System: EPIC (Integrated with Cleveland Clinic Health System)

• On-Call: Reasonable office on-call requirements

• Visa Sponsorship: Open to H-1B and J-1 candidates
