Inpatient Psychiatrist Opportunity - Behavioral Health Unit
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Work as part of a 3-physician inpatient psychiatric team on a 35-bed acute care unit
* 7-on/7-off block scheduling
* Collaborative interdisciplinary team including therapists, social workers, and support staff
* Diverse patient population and broad spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses
* Active consult-liaison service and emergency department support as needed
* Opportunity to engage in research, teaching, or administrative leadership
* Participation in Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model and integrated care strategies
* System-wide EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
* First-year guaranteed salary: $334,027

Qualifications:
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of a Psychiatry residency
* Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
* Active Oregon medical license (or eligibility)
* DEA certification
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
