• Outpatient and Inpatient - position is based in Munster (outpatient) with inpatient responsibilities at affiliated hospital in East Chicago.

• Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us. Job Requirements:
• Full-time/permanent outpatient practice with participation in weekend/holiday inpatient rounding
• Board Certified/Board Eligible required.
• Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills * Monday-Friday * Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better * Northwest Indiana, Lake County
• EMR system utilized in Inpatient and Outpatient settings * EPIC - fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication) * Easy to use; support department available Benefit Packages:
