Outpatient Adult Psychiatry Opportunity in Mesa, AZ
Position Overview:
Full-time Adult Psychiatrist opportunity at the First Episode Center (FEC) in Mesa, AZ
Serve young adults (typically ages 18 25) experiencing their first episode of psychosis
Join a multidisciplinary team including clinical coordinator, nurse, MA, therapist, case managers, peer support, and education/employment specialists
40-hour work week with option for 4-day (10 hr/day) or 5-day (8 hr/day) schedule
Academic involvement with PGY3/PGY4 psychiatry residents, CAP fellows, and medical students
Emphasis on recovery, shared decision-making, family education, and reducing stigma
Trained in the OnTrackNY model and evidence-based recovery resources
Academic and Teaching Opportunities:
Faculty appointment available with Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix and University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix
Active participation in resident and medical student teaching

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
