Psychiatrist - Outpatient Behavioral Health
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Setting: Ambulatory Behavioral Health Clinics
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Lead psychiatrist role supporting two new psychiatrist-led specialty behavioral health clinics
* Provide direct patient care with psychopharmacology and measurement-based treatment for adults requiring higher-level care beyond primary care settings
* Collaborate closely with Integrated Behavioral Health teams embedded in primary care offices
* Develop and implement clinical pathways and protocols
* Participate in program development, quality monitoring, and clinical outcomes tracking
* Work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team including APPs, therapists, care managers, and professional support staff
Ideal Candidate:
* BC/BE Psychiatrist with outpatient behavioral health experience
* Engaging and innovative with strong leadership and clinical skills
* Collaborative team player comfortable in an integrated healthcare system
* Committed to a patient-centered, measurement-driven approach to care
* Interested in clinical program development and quality improvement
