Full time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our progressive outpatient behavioral health team. You ll work alongside a collaborative group of three Psychiatrists and eight Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in a 100% outpatient model with no call responsibilities.

Compensation:
Annual salary range: $300,576 $324,947
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median; RVU production begins year two

Schedule & Setting:
Full-time outpatient position
Four-day work week available
No inpatient work or call duties
Epic EMR system used for all documentation
What You ll Need:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for or ability to obtain an active medical license in Washington State
Compassionate communication style to educate and support patients and families
Commitment to thorough and timely documentation
