We are hiring a Psychiatrist for an ongoing locum assignment in Muskegon County, MI!
Job details:
• Coverage: July – ongoing
• Practice setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Department
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12
• Total Number of Beds: 27
• Number of Psychiatrist in the Group: 5
• Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6
• Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP
• Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
• Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7
• No pediatric patients
• EMR: Epic
Job Requirements:
• Board Certified in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
• Active MI license – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
