JOB DESCRIPTION:
Excellent opportunity for a BE/BC Psychiatrist with experience in consult liaison services or formal CL Psychiatry training in beautiful North Carolina. ECT training and experience is highly desirable.We offer Top Tier Compensation and generous, extensive benefits.
Incoming physician will provide consults across our 600-bed main hospital, assisting attending providers with behavioral health assessments and disposition planning. Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. Opportunity to work with residents and medical students.
HOSPITAL:
Well-established and well-respected healthcare system. Numerous residency programs, including Internal Med, Emergency Med, OBGYN, Psych, Cardiology, Ortho, and more. One of the busiest EDs in the country with a dedicated Pediatric ED.
Level III Trauma Center. Level III NICU. Robust Hospitalist service. State of the art facility and comprehensive programs. Many academic opportunities, if desired.
