Job description Telepsychiatry opening in North Carolina Located in Greenville, NC - Raleigh 80m Full-time; Permanent Employed Seeking BC/BE Overview: - The successful applicant will be required to live and work in Greenville, NC - Applicants should have experience in providing telepsychiatry services and in emergency psychiatry - The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine is seeking a BE/BC Adult Psychiatrist to join the Center for Telepsychiatry and E-Behavioral Health - The center currently serves 29 hospitals and 22 community-based clinics across the state of North Carolina - Hospital privileges at ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed academic medical center - Established program inclusive of 23 providers - Responsibilities will include assisting with monitoring and improving NC-STeP outcomes, integrating with community-based providers, and implementing evidenced based practices - Opportunity to engage in clinical, educational, and scholarly activities - The successful candidate will report directly to the Medical Director of the Center - Salary and academic rank (tenure track or fixed term) commensurate with experience and academic background Benefits: - Relocation Assistance - Vacation - CME Days & Reimbursement - Malpractice (with tail) - 401k - Insurance - State Benefits - Disability - Life Insurance Greenville, North Carolina, with a population of approximately 91,660, is a vibrant city located in Pitt County.
