Step into a leadership opportunity at a mission-driven behavioral health clinic in Southern Michigan. We are seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on clinical care, in a highly collaborative, patient-first setting.
The Role
• Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
• 50/50 split of clinical and administrative duties, lead while staying connected to patient care
• Play a pivotal role in recruitment and consultation for new psychiatric staff
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
Compensation and Benefits
• Enjoy up to 125 days off per year: 16 vacation days, 13 holidays, 6 personal days, and up to 90 sick days
• $328,000 base with additional leadership incentives and bonus potential

• Loan repayment available via NHSC and PSLF eligibility
