An expanding health system in Southwestern Arizona is looking for a psychiatrist to join a modern, integrated outpatient clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults. No hospital duties, no inpatient rounding, no call, and a Monday through Friday schedule make this one of the cleaner outpatient psychiatry setups available in the region.
Practice Details
- Outpatient-only model within a mission-driven, community-focused health system
- Provide care for children, adolescents, and adults in a renovated, integrated clinic space
- Strong administrative and mid-level support to streamline workflow and reduce documentation burden
- No hospital duties, no inpatient rounding, no call, and no weekends
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Lower patient volume is designed to support thoughtful, relationship-based care
- No nights, no weekends, no call obligations of any kind
Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
