Practice Overview

• You'll join a not-for-profit, community-focused health system with strong administrative and midlevel support
• 100% outpatient integrated care model with a focus on access and continuity
• Flexibility to treat children, adolescents, and adults in a newly renovated space
• No hospital work, no inpatient rounding, and no call

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Low patient volume allows for more meaningful patient interaction
• Protected administrative time built into your week

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with potential for performance incentives

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
• Comfortable seeing a mix of children, adolescents, and adults
• Open to recent graduates or experienced psychiatrists
• Interest in working in an integrated, outpatient-only model
