Job description Southern Illinois Healthcare is adding an ABPN BE/BC Adult, Outpatient Psychiatrist to our growing physician team based in southern Illinois.


SIH is working to break down behavioral health barriers in southern Illinois by serving patients throughout the region. SIH has expanded services to better meet the needs of the region by providing comprehensive mental health care using an evidence-based biopsychosocial model.

Center for Medical Arts is a multidisciplinary health care facility located in Carbondale, IL serving the residents of southern Illinois.

SIH HMC Behavioral Health, located in Marion, IL, is one of five primary care clinics offering outpatient behavioral health services in southern Illinois. Adult, Outpatient Psychiatrist to our growing physician team based in southern Illinois.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

An MD or equivalent degree in medicine
A current Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one       
BE/BC via American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Dedication to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards
