Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible Psychiatrist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join a growing team of 2 fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners as well as wonderful team of LCSW’s and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Details:
• Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 12-16 patients per day
• 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
• Team shared phone call for established patients only
• Fulltime, permanent
• EPIC EMR

Compensation and Benefits:
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+)
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $30,000
