Psychiatry opening in Pennsylvania * Located in *Allentown, PA* - Philadelphia 60m; NYC 90m * 1 Full-time, permanent opening * Inpatient position * Adult & CL (19 beds) Compensation: * Base salary of $250,000 and does not change once the initial term is over (please note that all compensation is looked at and adjusted on a regular basis in order to be competitive) * Starting bonus included in your first paycheck we are offering $10,000 * Would discuss a fellowship stipend of $1,500 per month for last year of residency or fellowship * Over and above your base salary is an incentive plan worth a maximum of $50,000 and today is based on RVUs, Access, Service and Quality (ASQ) (may change yearly) * For every RVU between the 60th and 80th percentile, the bonus will be $1,000 per percentile with a max of 20,000 * Access/Service/Quality goals incentive max $30,000
