Psychiatry Opening in MN Located in Willmar MN 100m to Minneapolis Seeking psychiatrist to join a team of physicians Benefits of joining this practice include: Two-year guaranteed salary Signing bonus Full comprehensive benefits package for physician and family Outstanding profit sharing plan Full partnership offered after two years with a minimal buy-in Four weeks PTO offered for the first year $3,000 plus one week for CME offered the first year $10,000 relocation expense reimbursement The psychiatry department consists of two board certified psychiatrists, one of whom has done a sleep medicine fellowship. Specifics of the practice include:

• This is an outpatient practice only. There are currently no inpatient responsibilities.
• Currently no call responsibilities.
• Typically seeing approximately 12-13 patients. Ability to set schedule and have an independent practice. Currently see 1-3 new patients per day.
• Any subspecialty training would be beneficial (child, geriatrics, addiction).
• Ability to develop an outreach practice, if interested. Currently support local jail, Project Turnabout and the State Hospital.
• Built-in referral system from over 110 physicians within the organization.
• Integrated EMR which allows for complete patient access.
• Psychology department located in same facility which allows for easy access and referrals. Meet monthly to discuss complicated patients.
• Neurologist and neurology nurse practitioner inhouse which allows for a great referral system.
