Psychiatry Locums Physician in Missouri - Inpatient, No Call
Long-term inpatient Psychiatry assignment in Missouri starting early 2026; consistent schedule, no call, with full travel support.
Highlights
- 7-on/7-off schedule; every other week off
- No call, no nights; consistent day shifts
- 60-90 day credentialing; start by spring
- Travel, lodging, and rental car fully covered
Practice Setting
- Inpatient hospital near St. Louis, Missouri
- Adult-only patient population
- Full hospital support staff
- Locum will supervise APPs
Schedule
- Tuesday-Monday block coverage; 8am to 4:30pm daily
- 7-on/7-off rotation; excellent long-term fit
- Only 1 weekend per block required
- Dates still open from March through September 2026
Cases and Procedures
- Standard inpatient psychiatry: affective, anxiety, psychotic, and personality disorders
- 18-20 patients per day
- Follow-ups to new evals: 4:1 ratio
Requirements
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Missouri license or IMLC LOQ
- BLS certification
- EPIC experience required
Travel Accommodations

- Local candidates preferred but not required
