Inpatient Behavioral Health Physician opening in Des Moines, IA
- Full-time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
Established Practice: Located at the Hospital with a supportive and cohesive group of colleagues and staff.
Team-Oriented Environment: Benefit from an experienced clinical and non-clinical staff that is familiar with the patients and the community.
Integrated System: Work within a fully integrated system using EPIC EMR, enhancing care coordination across clinics and hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Full-time position focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate behavioral health care.
Collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist program that manages adult and pediatric inpatients.
Provide patient-centered care in an autonomous yet supportive environment.
Qualifications:
MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted Iowa medical license.
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt); J-1 waiver sponsorship available.
