Details:
- Adult & Geri Psychiatry
- Practice Scope: Nursing homes, IOP, chronic care
- Patient Load: 7-10 patients per half day
- 31-bed unit
- No weekend coverage - covered by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Weekday Coverage: 1:6 rotation
- EMR System: EPIC
- Flexible Schedule: Tailored to accommodate work-life balance
- PSLF-eligible (501c3 employer)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: ~$375-$400k base plus bonuses (potential $500k)
