Fully Remote Adult Psychiatry Physician Assignment

We are currently seeking a dedicated Tele-Psychiatrist for a 6-month contract role. This position requires a commitment of 2.5 days each week, offering a blend of flexibility and the opportunity to provide psychiatric services remotely. You will have the ability to make a significant impact in the lives of your patients from the comfort of your own office.

Requirements & Credentials:

• Board-certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Experienced in telepsychiatry and proficient in the use of electronic health records
• Clinical Care experience in a Community Mental Health Center

Schedule Details:

• 6-month commitment required
• Minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 32 hours per week
• Credentialing timeline: 3-4 weeks following the submission of a completed online application

Onboarding Process:

• The first 3 days are dedicated to onboarding
• A full schedule will be assigned starting the second week

Case and Patient Volume Details:

• Follow-Up Appointments: Typical length of 30 minutes, for all ages
• New Evaluations: Typical length of 60 minutes, for adults
• Documentation: 1 hour allocated for documentation daily

Equipment & Systems:

• EHR System: SmartCare and Order Connect for Prescribing
• Required Equipment: Must possess a personal computer with internet access and a camera
• Experience: Must have experience utilizing EHR systems. Nurses will be provided during the onboarding process to assist with EHR technology
