- 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
- Hybrid role, 2-3 days in the office, 1-2 remote.

- Fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
