Novant Health Psychiatric Associates Matthews Outpatient Clinic is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist specializing in Adult Psychiatry for outpatient care.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid model of 2-3 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
  • Patient Population: Mainly adults and adolescents.
  • On-Call Duty: Up to 2 weeks per year.
  • Preference for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is preferred.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Current MD license in appropriate state
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current DEA license required
