Novant Health Psychiatric Associates Matthews Outpatient Clinic is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist specializing in Adult Psychiatry for outpatient care.

Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid model of 2-3 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
- Patient Population: Mainly adults and adolescents.
- On-Call Duty: Up to 2 weeks per year.
- Preference for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) is preferred.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current MD license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
