- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1 is looking for a provider to cover On-site clinical hours only. The schedule will be adult Outpatient – Day M-F, No evening or weekend call duties. A 7 on 7 off does not work because we don’t have weekend outpatient clinic.
