**Clinical Director Opening in Charlotte, NC**
The Clinical Director holds the responsibility of offering clinical leadership, setting policy direction, and guiding the development of therapy-based services within ambulatory and acute care spaces in the Greater Charlotte, NC Market.

* This position involves providing leadership and guidance to our team of therapists and psychologists.
* The Clinical Director ensures training and adherence to evidence-based treatment modalities for older children, adolescents, and adults.
* Additionally, responsibilities include offering supervision, ensuring quality assurance, compliance with legal and ethical regulations for therapy team members, and collaborating with Market and Institute leadership in the development of therapeutic programs.
* The Clinical Director will also handle agency representation as necessary and manage billing requirements to guarantee comprehensive service delivery.
Initially, the role of the Clinical Director will be a 0.7 clinical Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) position, with 0.3 FTE allocated for administrative responsibilities. The allocation of FTE will be subject to periodic reviews as the Institute evolves. Clinical duties will align with the candidate's expertise and training. Reporting directly to the GCM Market Clinical Physician Executive, the Clinical Director will play a crucial role in the market leadership team.
**Requirements**
* PhD in Psychology, required.
* 3 years of demonstrated success as a leader with administrative management and clinical supervisory experience, required.
* Licensed Clinical Psychologist, required.

* Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR

* Ability to work with a variety of clinical and non-clinical team members within and outside of the Institute.
* Willingness to travel to support clinical and administrative activities (Approx. 10%)
