Schedule
- Mon - Fri
- 8:30a - 5p
- 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible with how the hours are divided up per week, but would need to be in house most mornings to see Spanish speaking patients
Clinical Details
- 50% clinic and 50% administrative
- Administrative responsibilities will include leading care team meetings and signing off on Community treatment plans
- Patient Census: Avg 5 patients a day
- Outpatient
- Over 18 population
- young adult program for 18-24 years olds and adult program for 25+
- Will need to be in the office in the mornings to see Spanish speaking patients and to do Treatment Plan Meetings
Requirements
- Active CT License or IMLC
- Must speak Spanish
