    Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Outpatient
  • Staff Information: Psychologist and LCSW on staff
  • Patient Information: 12-14 per day -1 hour with new patient visit AND 30 min with follow up visits
  • Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
    -Names/numbers of 3 references
    -U.S. Citizenship required
    -Must have worked within the last 6 months
  • Pay Information: 1099 - $180/hr + Monthly Housing Reimbursement
  • W-2 350k with benefits
    No Holiday Pay or overtime rates – note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason w/o penalty)
