Job Title: Psychiatry Chief Medical Officer / CMO

Position Highlights

  • Clinical Excellence: Lead a seasoned medical-staff team of physicians and APRNs, achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.

  • Patient-Centric Focus: Average daily caseload of 10-12 adult patients.
  • Leadership Role: Identify and develop programs addressing key mental health needs in the community, actively participating in treatment planning and program enhancement.
  • 60% Administrative, 40% Clinical duties.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $375,000+ depending on experience and job fit.
  • Monthly Directorship stipend.
  • Monthly APRN Supervision stipend available.
  • Ability to earn additional money through a Productivity Bonus plan.

Required Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
  • BE/BC General Psychiatry through ABPN; BE/BC Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred.
  • Current Colorado Medical Physician license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous inpatient experience is preferred.
