Do you want to work for an organization truly focused on the health and wellness of the community? Look no further, our client company located in the Metro Milwaukee area is looking to add an experienced Psychiatrist to their growing team.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director and Clinic Team Lead the Psychiatrist is responsible for providing ongoing evaluation, outpatient treatment and services of its clinic members (Children and adults 18 years old and older) with medication in addition to other forms of therapeutic interventions. The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric services including administering and supervising evidence-based treatment with an emphasis on strength-based therapies; medication evaluation and management, identification of potential mental health problems impacting the well-being of our clinic members, ordering and monitoring appropriate laboratory tests, consultation and collaboration with facility providers, community providers, emergency psychiatric services and perform other work as required. Position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Qualifications
• Valid license to practice within the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children and adults
• Current DEA
• Current CPR or BLS required
• Clean malpractice and background
