- Coverage Need: Psych Outpatient PHPIOP services
- Dates of Coverage Needed: Starting ASAP for 7 months
- Hours: 8:30am-5p M-F, adult and child, outpatient only.
- EMR: Cerner Behavioral Health Module/FlexServe
- Requirements: Active MA license (will NOT consider some non-licensed or IMLC), Board Certification Required, BLS required
- Patients seen per day: Max of 30-40
- safety/Security measures: Security in parking lot. Cameras. Quiet room. Restraint chair. All staff certified in CPI
- Support Staff: Coordinator, 1-2 therapist as well as a dedicated RN
- Credentialing: 30-45 days FULL
