Psychiatrist Position in Albany, GA

Titan Placement Group invites you to consider an exciting opportunity in Albany, the thriving hub of Southwest Georgia, renowned for its rich culture, shopping, education, healthcare, and recreational facilities. This position is available with a non-profit organization that has dedicated over 40 years to providing care to the underserved, underinsured, and uninsured patients in the community.

Join our financially stable Community Health Center as a Psychiatrist.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competetive Compensation
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000

Responsibilities:

  • Standard work schedule: Monday – Friday
  • No On Call
  • 18 to 20 Patients Per Day on Average
  • No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call, No Holidays
  • Outpatient setting
  • Diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses
  • Prescribing and managing psychiatric medication
  • Providing psychotherapy and counseling
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Clear and Active Georgia Medical License (Or Willing to Obtain)
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
  • M.D. or D.O. with a specialization in Psychiatry
  • New Graduates Will Be Considered
