BC Adult Psychiatrist to provide locums coverage for their inpatient unit. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled for orientation. Provider must be comfortable working with medical students and residents.

Dates needed:

As soon as credentialed - June 30, 2024

Details:
Inpatient only
Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule
No nights, call, or weekends
52-bed unit
Inpatient teams are capped at 14 patients per day
Average TOTAL inpatient census: 38-52
Average number of patients per day per provider: 12-14 rounding with resident daily except Thursday afternoons
Average number of admissions per day: 0-3 per 24 hours
All admissions are done during the day.
