Job Highlights:
• Join an established inpatient Adult Psychiatry team and work a 7 on/off schedule.
• 24-bed Freestanding Behavioral Health Hospital. APP Support. Epic EMR.
• Collaborative team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and behavioral health technicians, with a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist assigned to the unit and a daily Hospitalist available for medical consults and new admission support.
• Non-profit health system. Employment model. PSLF eligible site.
• Base salary + production/quality incentives, with total comp earnings 350K+.
• Full benefits, paid malpractice including tail, CME, 30 extra days paid time off, and a competitive recruitment package.
• H1b visa support available.
