Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center is looking for physicians who are energetic, patient-centered, and entrepreneurial minded to help grow a fairly new community based psychiatry residency program. We also have a partnership with Napa State Hospital to provide well rounded training for our residents. Our program currently has seven (7) residents per year and is growing to ten (10) residents per year in academic year 24-2025.

About the Opportunity:

• CL service is provided at a 355 bed facility and is currently M-F but will move to 7 on / 7 off as new faculty joins
• Guarantee Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation + Student Loan Repayment, Qualifying location for PSLF

Qualified physicians will be employed by Touro University Medical Group which is an affiliate faculty practice of Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine and is home to physicians who are on staff at St. Joseph's Medical Center and part of the Graduate Medical Education programs.
