Work in one of the largest outpatient psychiatry divisions in NYC
Expect 40% administrative, 60% clinical
Department consists of 14 psychiatrists, 1 Psych NP, 16 Social Workers and 3 Psychologists
Large residency program, need an educator willing to work with multiple disciplines
Currently have subspecialty clinics for LGBT care, college track program and a perinatal program - associate directors for each clinic would report into this role
Looking for someone with experience in change management (new program development, EMR implementation, QI, speak to some sort of growth or transformation project)
