Job Responsibilities

1. Review and approve the provision of appropriate services by therapists/service coordinators/ support staff to consumers through direct interaction with consumers and staff and review of written information during treatment team meetings and interdisciplinary meetings.
2. Review and approve treatment plans/treatment reviews, initial consumer assessments, and discharge summaries through direct observation of staff and review of written information.
3. Conduct psychiatric evaluations of consumers through direct observation and determine a complete diagnosis based on the most recent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual criteria through utilization of standard Agency evaluation guidelines.
