COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS IP Psychiatry (PSY)
- Salary: $285K+ wRVU production bonus
- Bonus: Quarterly bonus eligibility
- CME: $3,000/5 days
- PTO: 42 days = 27 days PTO plus 15 sick/personal days year one (After year 1 will accrue more)
- Sign on: $10K.
- Relocation: Yes
- Student loan Repayment: Offered through NY state.
- Medical: Strong medical and dental benefits through Empire BC/BS with extremely low co-pays and treatment or the entire family.
- Pension & 403(b) offered:
- Your employer will contribute a 12% of your annual salary no money out of pocket vested 3 years.
- M-F (8a-4p or 9a-5p)
- Admin. time incorporated into schedule.
- 1 Unit 23 beds
- Length of stay 2-3 days.
- Patients mix largely ages 18+
- No supervision requirement
- Work alongside 2 other providers, residents, and medical students.
- BC or Board Eligible
- Inpatient experience
