Work Details:
- Support staff: APP’s
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
- Patients per day: 16 patient beds on the FBC with MD and resident rounding. BHUC has 6 adult beds/6 adolescent beds and 4 roll over. BHUC is staffed with CSW, TTS, APOS and MD supervision.
- Patient population/age: ages 18+; UC is ages 5+
- Department description: FBC is a 16-bed inpatient facility-based crisis unit (3-5 days length of stay). Provider will primarily be working in FBC but be available to supervise APP’s as needed. Must be comfortable with some children, do not need to be child/adolescent trained but must be available to supervise APP who is treating ages 5+. BHUC has 6 adult beds and 6 adolescent beds and 4 roll over. BHUC is staffed with CSW, TTS, APPs, and MD supervision.
- EMR: EPIC
- Skills required: Must be comfortable supervising APP’s who treat children ages 5+. Physician does not need to treat children but needs to be comfortable to answer any questions related to child/adolescent patients.
- Inpatient unit/UC facility
- Board Certification: BC or Truly BE
- License required: NC.
- DEA: Yes
- CSR: Yes
- Minimum experience required: 1 year.
