Position Overview
- Welcome new grads, 2024+
- Primarily outpatient with inpatient call
- 1:6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends
- 9-bed inpatient unit, ages 18 and older
- Option for 75% telehealth
- Joining 3 psychiatrists, 3 advanced practitioners
- One psychologist, 6 counselors, full support staff and leadership support
- Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work and preferred hours
- Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership

- Compensation range $250k-$400k+
- MGMA 75th percentile for compensation
- Base salary plus production bonus
