Connect Health is currently seeking coverage in Eureka, CA with the following requirements during the dates listed below. Candidate CVs must include month and date for each work experience entry, with no gaps in employment.

JOB INFORMATION
- Work Schedule: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- Patient Demographics: 20 Bed Unit Adults Only
- Other Information:
- Inpatient
- 8a - 5:30 in house then go on call for night - Average of 3-5 calls per night
- 0-2 admits per night
- Census is 6-8 patients
- Mostly suicidal and anxiety patients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Following Certifications are required: ACLS, BLS
- Board Certified
- Active DEA registration is required before the start date.
- The credentialing process typically takes 60 days to complete.
