Psychiatrist or Psychologist | Rhode Island | 35 Hour Work Week | Competitive Salary & State Benefits

Come work for a client who puts patients first!
Full-time adult psychiatrist position offers a Monday- Friday schedule, no weekends, holidays, or call. This is an opportunity to practice medicine the way you think it should be. There is no rush to discharge patients, the goal is to treat them and do what needs to be done to make them well again. It’s a 35-hour work week!

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active medical license in Rhode Island or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills and diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of admitted patients to diagnose and treat their medical conditions effectively.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Monitor and manage patients throughout their hospital stay.
Consultation with specialists as needed.
Continue your medical education and professional development to stay current with medical advancements and maintain licensure.

Qualifications

Active medical license in Rhode Island or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical skills and diagnostic abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Working Hours

35-hour work week – choosing to take call will increase the overall comp package, but call is voluntary.
Choose a 4 day or 5 day work week.
