Requirements:
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active OH License - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Covid Vaccination - REQUIRED
Rates:
$1600 24 hr call with 8 hrs Gratis
$250 Regular rate
$300 Overtime Rate
