Inpatient
Board Certified Required
Provider must have a clean malpractice history
Must have Active AZ license
19 Bed Acute Level 1 Unit
Adults Only
Need is for a Psychiatrist to help with completion of AZ Title 36 second opinion
First Opinion completed by Director of Behavioral Health Services
Rates:
$1600 24 hr Call with 8hrs gratis
$250 Regular Rate
$300 Overtime and Callback
