Facilities & Schedule:
1.Kaiser Permanente Sandy Springs Medical Office - Sandy Springs, GA
2.Kaiser Permanente Southwood Comprehensive MC - Jonesboro, GA
Need is for one provider at Sandy Springs and one at Southwood. Please specify your provider's preferred worksite.
4 days a week would be roughly 8-6 (10 hours)
5 days a week would be ~8:30-5 (8 hours)
