Inpatient Psychiatry - Southeastern Alabama

• Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their inpatient team
• Guaranteed base salary: $340,000
• Sign-on and retention bonuses offered
• 14 on/14 off schedule - 8 am to 5 pm (when not on call)
• Current staff includes two teams with two Psychiatrists in each team
• Shared rotation for after hour & weekend call during 14 day work period. No call at all during off rotation
• Practice out of one location - no travel required
• Separate programs for mood and anxiety disorders, geriatrics, substance abuse, consultation & liason, and Intensivist Psychiatric programs.
• Opportunity to precept 3rd & 4th year medical students and Internal Medicine residents, if desired
• 420-bed Level II Trauma Center. Behavioral Health Unit is licensed for 48 beds with a current capacity of 28
