• Awesome tenure with all their providers, this a true team setting where everyone pitches in to help / always helping mentality.
• Opportunity to teach NP interns.
• Everyone on the team has a voice. This is very level org chart, not a lot of hierarchy.
• 4 Physicians and 9 Nurse Practitioners

Child Psychiatrist Benefits:

• $275-325k yr depending on years of experience

About the Child Psychiatrist role:

• 5-8 patients per day – treating the whole person for outcomes. This isn’t a volume-based position.
• M-F, 9-5
• Many patients have substance abuse in their background, metabolic syndrome, smoking, and diabetes.

Child Psychiatrist Background desired:

• Child Psychiatrist BE or BC
• Works well in teams, high emotional intelligence.
• Open to new grads
• Open to J1 and H1B sponsorship candidates
