We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our team in Washington, DC. The Psychiatrist is responsible for providing quality mental health care in both PHP/IOP and Adult Inpatient services. This is a full-time role with the potential to become an Associate Medical Director of Outpatient Services.

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for:
• Diagnosing and providing medical treatment of mental health conditions
• Establishing and monitoring treatment plans
• Maintaining clear and accurate medical records
• Communicating with multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals
• Educating patients and families on mental health and treatment
• Participating in clinical meetings, staff trainings and other activities
• Collaborating with the Medical Director to ensure the highest standards of care
• Overseeing healthcare teams and providing guidance and support
• Assisting with administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will be BE/BC in Psychiatry and have or be able to obtain an active Medical licensure in the state of Washington, DC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are a must.

No mandatory call is associated with this position.
