Community Health Center with a vibrant and caring company culture seeks a Psychiatrist or Psychiatrist Medical Director in the Farmington Connecticut area!
2 months off per year! 45 minutes from Hartford / small quaint town

- 3 physicians, 10 NPs ( 2 Psychiatrists)

- 100 team members
Benefits:
- 2 months off per year, paid!! 4 weeks’ vacation, 1 week sick, 1 week CME/personal day and 2 weeks in holidays

This Psychiatrist Role:
- Mon-fri 830-, no weekends. Some call.
- 18 patients per day/average. 30% no show rate
- Collaborative team setting – not a solo role.
