Job description
- Hospital based Inpatient Psychiatry position starting in January.
- Requirements:
- Active, clean AK license or obtain AK license (temporary/emergency licenses can be obtained quickly)
- Clean DEA (no current suits, unresolved cases, or large payouts)
- BC/BE Psychiatrist
- Willing to make a minimum of 3-6 commitmentThree to six month contract commitment, contract to perm is an option.
- 7 on/7 off is the desired schedule. 8am to 4:30pm with overnight call.
- 16 bed unit. 10-12 patients per day.
- 25 bed Trauma IV facility; Typical support team includes 2 RNs, 1 mid-level and 3 techs.
- EMR - MedHost
- Credentialing Timeframe - 60 days
- Hourly compensation, travel/lodging, and malpractice coverage are provided.
